South Florida's Best Home Inspection

He was extremely professional, thorough and answered every single question we had patiently and fully. He did not rush the inspection and we were extremely pleased by the quality of both his inspection and the report.. The reports were provided in a timely manner as promised. Joe is a man of integrity and he works for you the buyer. Joe's demeanor makes the inspection easier because he does not rush you. He was truly outstanding and I highly recommend him. Our initial decision to select him was based on recommendations from nextdoor.com. I had called several of the recommendations and was most impressed by Joe's office which is run by his wife Holly.

Joe performed a home inspection for me yesterday and I was extremely impressed with his service.  Aside from being pleasant and patient with all off our questions, he was extremely thorough and diligent in the inspection.  He went over every detail and we were amazed at some of the things he discovered.  The report he prepared was very comprehensive and detailed (with great pictures too!)  Would highly recommend to anyone buying a house!

I absolutely would recommend South Florida's Best Home Inspection to everyone purchasing a home. Joe was very professional and pointed things out that needed to be addressed, and explained how and why things needed to be repaired. It makes such a difference when you understand why the inspector is recommending something be repaired. My husband was there while he was doing the inspection and he allowed us to ask a lot of questions and gave his opinion on things. He took his time and we never felt rushed, after being lied to about so much when buying this house it was nice to feel like someone was trying to protect our interest.

I would highly recommend this company. Joe was great and provided us with an excellent inspection for a new home purchase. Nothing was rushed or overlooked. We felt absolutely confident moving forward with the sale of the house based on his inspection findings. On time (actually early) and extremely thorough. Immediate report provided after inspection with pictures and comprehensive report emailed first thing the next morning. Everything was so well documented and photos were clear and showed the attention to detail paid during Joe's inspection.

Joe came out within 48 hours to 2 homes that I needed Insurance Wind Mitigation. Received reports same day. They also emailed reports to my Insurance Agent. Very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Responsiveness was fast and efficient. Arrived on time. Pricing is great. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend to my friends!

Very professional. He was very thorough and spent at least 3 1/2 hours. He sat down afterwards and explained every little detail that needed to be done. His reports were on time and very detailed. Will definitely use again in the future

I called Florida Master Home Inspectors and they were booked, so they referred me to Florida's Best Home Inspection. Apparently the inspector was trained by Gordon at Florida Master. They worked with my schedule and squeezed me in during the busy 4th of July week. I was unable to be present, so they let themselves in the property using the lockbox.
The outcome and level of detail for the inspection was satisfactory. It seemed thorough and there were photographs and a good summary of findings in addition to the hard copy and written notes recorded during the inspection.
My only real complaint is that they did not send me the inspection report the evening of the inspection as promised. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but I was on a tight timeline for inspection period on my contract and needed to make a decision quickly. It turns out it was due to an administrative error in the office, and when I called on July 5th they worked quickly to get me all of the information.

I have only good things to say about him. He is extremely knowledgable and thorough. He explained everything he saw and how it worked, when it was put in, etc. By the end, you have a great inspection because he is thorough, but you also have a great understanding of the house. He was very professional and I would recommend him.
