Luis Soberal came to my house to give a quote for flower beds installation and trees treatment. He installed the flower bed and started to treat our trees. He recommended and we agreed for continuous treatment for the health of our trees. After our 1st treatment, he basically just STOPPED the service. The last text I received from him was April 24. I sent text messages asking if he would come on May 8, May 26, May 31, and Jun 5. No replies. I guess that was it. I never had a service provider that is rude and unprofessional as him. I did hire other service provider that now treating my trees. It makes me wonder... for a business owner whose business is very competitive with a lot of other companies offering the same kind services as his, he never thought of a good customer service to win the market. Well..

Luis and his crew did an amazing job at our home. He was professional and patient with our landscaping needs. Luis showed up on time and took special attention to detail. He and his crew were able to complete our project in one day and we are more than satisfied with the end result. Everything we asked Luis to do he completed the job with excellence. I recommend Luis and his crew for any landscaping needs you may have. Everything we asked for Luis he did and him and his crew went way above and beyond in helping our landscaping needs. Would recommend to everyone.
