Sherwood Solutions provided excellent service dealing with a very difficult working environment - An occupied tenant suite. Their staff communicated well and completed a detailed scope of work while not interrupting employees in an occupied building. They completed the work on time and with excellent workmanship.

Excellent! In preparing the house for the wedding, after thoroughly inspecting the entire property they provided us with a very comprehensive scope of work, set up in a priority format and with budgets. With this we developed the list of work to be completed. Sherwood provided us with an agreement and a very detailed schedule. The work included roof repairs, window and door repairs, tile repair, structural repair of a damaged ceiling, drywall and stucco repairs. Extensive painting was included. This was a two month project. They started on time and maintained the schedule they had provided. As the project progressed, we kept adding items. They were excellent with telling us the cost and the impact on the schedule before doing any work.
They were extremely neat, well organized and very sensitive to our family?s living in the house during the work. The workmanship is excellent and we received many compliments on the house.
We were so pleased with the work, the integrity and value that we consulted with Sherwood Solutions on protecting our beautiful home from hurricanes. Again they provided us with a list of options, cost comparisons, priorities and schedules. The innovative product they recommended as best value is what we chose.

Exterior window installation services provided. This project was out of the ordinary as I wanted a window put in my art studio to provide more natural light. Tom really used his creative out-of-the-box design skills and I ended up with a vintage sash that is tall and narrow. He expertly utilized the odd space i had available. Tom is timely and professional but most of all...He provides and end result that is excellent quality. My new window is one of a kind and gets compliments from guests all the time. Plumbing services...After purchasing a new home we quickly generated a list of plumbing questions and concerns. We needed a second opinion regarding some plumbing issues in the crawl space so we called on Sherwood again. Matt reassured us that our plumbing was in good shape. He also repaired a couple of other issues with kitchen sink faucet that i am sure were minor to him but haunting me daily. Very knowledgable...a pro for sure. I was already aware of the great reputation Sherwood Solutions had so I gave them a try. No regrets!
