We'd cleaned our carpets with a home carpet cleaner several times before, and had never been able to get them this clean! Literally, I had cleaned the carpets only a few weeks prior to the cleaning by Santana's, and the difference after they had cleaned them was astonishing! He was prompt and professional. The carpet looked like new when they were done. He even cleaned underneath my dressers and beds which was a huge thing for me. Other companies I called would not move any furniture. Now when I move something around I know that it will be clean underneath. He even used little foam squares under the corners of everything he moved. That was great attention to detail. I will definitely use him again. He did an excellent job.

This is the second time I have used Santana and highly recommend them.  The owner himself comes with one helper. They call you promptly, show up on time and take great pride in making your carpet look new again. I had some very badly soiled area from having older pets that I did not think would come clean, but they did. They got the carpet to basically look like new again. They even did 4 large (and filthy) carpet runners that were not part of the agreement. They work smart in that they start at the far end of the job and work backwards to the front door so when they are finished, all you see is the fresh carpet with no footprints. Highly recommended.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very well. It was excellent and they did a wonderful job. They came out a few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. The carpet looks beautiful.

I took advantage of this special price via Angie's List.  I was concerned that, due to the holiday season and the special, there wouldn't be time to do a cleaning before Christmas but Mr. Santana contacted me promptly and scheduled the cleaning right away.
My carpet is old and I didn't expect much except to freshen it for the holidays and remove a few spots.  I'd had it cleaned by a well known and well advertised company several years ago with non-noticeable results.  However, Mr. Santana did a wonderful job and removed stains that the other company did not.  He was very professional and very respectful and careful with my furnishings.  He actually cleaned areas that I said not to bother with and I am extremely pleased with the results; a brighter, fresher and visibly cleaner carpet.  I would definitely recommend this company!

They arrived right on time, knew what they were doing, and did a good job for the most part.  However, the carpet in my closet dried out spotty, and I'd like them to come back and fix the issue.

Cleaned area carpets and upholstery in high traffic areas of house that also contained pet stains.  Very thorough - cleaned exposed and under areas of rug as well as rug pads.  Got all visible stains out and attacked the pet stain odors.  Very professional and knowledgeable.
