Overall, they were very accommodating. They provided great service and they continue to do so.

We have had Greg out several times to deal with our ant issue, which is still not resolved. He said since it's a source product they use it will take up to 90 days (though the first time he was out he said it *might* take two treatments). Fine, but we are at 90 days and still have ants. I had him out again today and during our discussion of the treatments he has provided for our lawn and home I found him argumentative and arrogant (as well as a bit sexist, constantly referring to the ONE discussion he had with my husband though I am the person arranging and scheduling appointments and treatments). When I told him to leave and that I no longer needed his services he left - and slammed the door on the way out, making rude comments as he left (in front of my young children!). I'll be calling another, more professional, pest control company today. Maybe they will be able to get rid of the ants I've had since the new year.

They are very reliable and dependable. I would highly recommend them. The approximate cost listed is what I pay per month.
