DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - DOES NOT SHOW UP FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS - OFFICE HANGS UP ON YOU WHEN YOU CALL TO ASK WHERE ROY IS AND IF HE IS ON HIS WAY.

This process took several months largely due to Mr Smith's not responding to phone calls and emails. His workers came to install the screens and left us with loose screen walls, very sloppy brown caulking, deep scratches, sloppy seams and 2 very large doors that do stay closed. Our signed agreement states that he guarantees his workmanship and materials for 1 year. We have several issues with the 2 large doors. After many phone calls he came, we discussed corrections needed and then he never came back or answered our calls. VERY unprofessional. He got paid and we're stuck with a mess!

horrible ..contract sent on 4/23/2011..signed and sent back with deposit...final inspection was finally done on july 5th..a far cry from the 2-3 weeks that the contract said that it would be finished. Very sloppy workmanship some of my pavers are missing ..some are uneven . big trench was left around tthe porch that he said he would fill..never did!! recently sent an email to him to remind him of the horrible job that he did..but didnt come out to see his workmanship..unfinished..cant blame him i would be embarrassed as well.
unfortunately for Roy.. i live in a new development and several neighbors have asked if i would recommend my screen guy..of course i have had to say a definitive no.
