We purchased a GE Profile washer and dry from Bruce Rabinowitz. We HATE what he sold us because the dryer NEVER drys on the first try. Both machines are loud. Ive called 4 times about this issue. We originally said that we wanted the best product on the market and based on our experience with what was sold to us, GE is garbage and FAR FAR from the best for sure. I don’t want to continue complaining in order for Rosner’s to address this. I want my money back or the best products on the market.

Purchased a washer and dryer. I have had issues with the washer from the day I purchased. GE has been out to repair on several occasions, and recently told me that the washing machine which I was told was brand new. was actually already 5 years old when I purchased. I have been without a washer for 3 weeks now while GE tries to source parts. The entire machine has to be rebuilt Will be without a washer 3-5 more weeks. Make sure you are getting new appliances if you buy here

I now understand why going to a larger store like Brandsmart or Best Buy is your better option . I purchased what was supposed to be a top of the line refrigerator from Rosner’s. From day one there were issues with the refrigerator . Now, 1 1/2 years later it completely stopped working . I had taken an extended warranty as well ( when all was said and done , I spent almost $3,000 ) The warranty company said parts were ordered( 5 major parts ) and now over 3 weeks later , told me this now is an LG issue . I have reached out to Rosner’ multiple times to replace my refrigerator and they refuse . The owner Jeff Rosner refuses to get on the phone . I am now being told that I have to call LG directly but it’s impossible to get anyone other than a customer service person in another country on the phone . I am without a refrigerator in the middle of a pandemic and Rosner’s could care less . I had read reviews on Yelp As well as Angies list which unfortunately I did not listen to and now I am so sorry . At least when you deal with the larger stores there are people in corporate that will speak to you, and they try to accommodate theirs customers . Rosner’s doesn’t care . Once you buy the appliance , they are done with you and as I said , the owner doesn’t even have the courtesy to call you back . I don’t recommend you buying an appliance from this store as their customer service is terrible and they don’t stand buy their product , or accommodate their customer in any way.

They delivered the product and took away the old one. They stand behind their work and they did an excellent job.

See above. I'm out over $1000 and Rosner's has not stood behind a product that was never functional but they delivered and installed anyway.

I called Rosner's and ordered a washing machine for my work place. I explained that I needed it ASAP as we do laundry on site. The machine was delivered the next day. We ran a load and discovered it did not spin and it leaked on the floor. I called and got them to replace the machine the next day. I told the salesman that I was going to wait to run a load before signing the delivery sheet. When I did not sign the sheet right away the delivery man became belligerent to my employees and myself. He tried to blame the water leaking on the floor from the wall. He took no responsibility. I called the office to report the incident and asked that the delivery manager , Jeff, call me back and he never did. Once they had the money the service was terrible. I used to call them for my appliance needs. Not anymore.

My wife and I have bought major appliances from many retailers over the years including; Sears, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy etc. However, Rosner’s was a truly enjoyable experience. This retailer has been in business for over one hundred years and is family owned. The staff is very knowledgeable about their product line, and has years of experience and depth of knowledge. We’re taking 15, 20, 30 years. The salesman we worked with Robert Feller (whose father also worked there for many years before retiring) and his sales manager Art, guided us through our selection process and we are very pleased with our choice and the delivery and installation they provided. They also have a guaranteed 30 day %110 price match with local retailers after the sale. I searched for sales and found a few appliances cheaper then what we paid (which was a great price too), I sent the information to my Mr. Feller, and within an hour was credited with the difference. What a marvelous experience. We would highly recommend Rosner’s to anyone who values and exceptional shopping experience.

Good servive

When my refrigerator broke down, they didn't have my exact model. However, they did give me a temporary refrigerator to keep my food fresh while waiting for my model to come back in stock. I called around and found that Rosner's has the most competitive prices, lower than their competition! And, they really know their stock! I'll use them again and I've already recommended them!

.I went to Rosner's to purchase a refrigerator when ours went out. Base price was $1,499. Upon my return home, I found the same fridge online at a competitor's store for $999.  When I called the Rosner's about this, they immediately reduced my price $466.  No hassles; no argument. Thanks Rosner's.

Did entire transaction by phone.  Walter made it easy. Actually shopped first at HD and Lowe's. Loew's, HD, there was no one to wait on us. Glad in a way, as I called Rosners.
Price was $100 more for dishwasher, but less for install and extended warranty, so it was a wash. Didn't try to get price match.
Installers were on time, professional, and competent. My only complaint is that their hand truck had wet, dirty wheels that tracked through my home. On completion, installer noticed and offered to clean it. I declined, as I had planned to mop entire floor anyway.
Overall, good experience. Will return.

Robert the salesman made a good model recommendation at a good price and made sure that their best installer (Dennis) took care of the job.   Delivery was reasonably quick and Dennis completed the job in about an hour.   He was very careful and professional and made sure that the dishwasher was properly installed.  It looks and works fine!

It was very good. I was happy with it. It is a dependent appliance store. They were probably much better because their salesman really knew what they were doing. The installers were excellent. The installers knew exactly what to do. They knew what they were doing and what they were talking about. They did a great job. They were very competitive. The quality was perfect. Their responsiveness was outstanding. Their punctuality was perfect. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I am from out of town and needed a new washing machine for my elderly mother's home in West Palm Beach, decided to give Rosner's a try due to the good reviews and because they are local. It was a very pleasant and easy transaction, I described what I was looking for, they gave me some options to look at and I got just what I was looking for, in and out in no time at all. I was only in town for two days, Friday and Saturday. The next day they gave me a window of 11am to 2pm for delivery and installation. They arrived at 10:55 am, removed and hauled away the old machine and installed the new one very quickly. They will definitely be my choice when my mom's fridge or stove breaks.

Rosner's did everything they said they would when I purchased the items at the store.
The deliverymen were the best being professional and CAREFUL,my fridge did not fit in the elevator so the guys brought it up the stairs cheerfully!
This is the second full kitchen I outfitted with appliances from Rosner's and would do so again.
