 + -1 moreThe headset on my husband's side fell apart. I thought I purchased a warranty that covered everything and when I called them they said that the warranty was up and that the warranty was only for stains. The sales people were not upfront about the extended warranty that they sold me.
Description of Work: They sold me a leather love seat recliner and warranty.
