Great. They were very through and good with communication.

Robin's team is comprised of 3 to 4 professional cleaners ( same crew for many years).....they come fully equipped with supplies, vacuums, etc etc...on many occasions I have called for same day or even weekend appointments...never a problem. 
And one more thing...Robin is present - cleaning, designating, inspecting.

Every done with professional standard house was spotless after they finish friend stop by didn't recognize my house is so clean .they said do not lose Robin's number she did a terrific job make your house look The best it's looked in years with rooms windows everything came out terrific I cannot thank her enough for cleaning up my house and making everything look good again . Especially in the kitchen and the floor was extremely dirty you wouldn't know that it had been dirty at all look brand-new thank you to Robin and and her staff they did a terrific job I would definitely be using them in the future. They were very professional job and did a wonderful job and get my house back in order thank you again

I love that Robin brings multiple cleaners to tackle the job quickly. They work diligently and are very pleasant. Robin is flexible when I need an emergency cleaning. I trust her and her team.

I walked in (2) days after she performed the work and it was immaculate. I haden't even paid her upon arrival and she advised to mail it. I would and plan to use her again. I can't begin to describe how great the service was. She was reliable and right on the money.

i was at work but my daughter was home with her three kids and my dog. They all stayed in her room while Robin and crew cleaned. I came home later to a clean house but there were scratches on my hardwood floor where they dragged my furniture to move it to clean. also, most of the furniture that they moved was not put back where it belonged. It looked much better thanbefore they came over but I would not say they did an outstanding job. I would not use them again.

Robin arrived with two workers and she was very professional and friendly. They worked for two hours and I was very pleased with the results. Very thorough. The bill was originally $85 dollars and I gave a $30 dollar tip for a total of $115. Will use this service again.

They come out on a regular basis and do a great job. They are friendly, on time and I will use them again in the future.

I will use her next year. She surprised me- I called her on a Saturday and she came THAT DAY! She was on time with her other 3 ladies. They were out in no time! I was impressed with how efficient and friendly they were.

The owner came the day I called to give an estimate. She came this morning to do the job with a crew of 3 PROMPLY. They washed and cleaned all windows in and out. They did a GREAT Job very efficently.

Robin and her team worked with us to identify our cleaning priorities and was willing to use the cleaning products we preferred. This was important to us to make sure our place was cleaned properly, yet with quality products that were safe and sound.

I was very disappointed in the business relationship. I was told the entire town home could be cleaned for $120.00 in 6 hours working with 2 helpers (who didn't speak English). One other worker showed up the last hour. The end result was an average cleaning of the upstairs, leaving the entire downstairs yet to be done, at a cost of $200.00.
