Gerry was very friendly and professional. He called me back right away to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to pick up my lawn mower and drop it back off. Then he came out to pick it up. Called me in about a week to let me know what was going on. Once he did the repairs of oil and aligning mower decks he returned the mower promptly.

Gerry arrived when he said he would arrive, called ahead to confirm and delivered everything he promised. The delivery charge was a reasonable $60, since my home is an hour away from his shop, and my generator weights several hundred pounds. There was a delay in fixing the generator due to the carburetor rebuild kit being out of stock from the supplier. Gerry informed me of the delay right way, and kept me advised with regular updates. When the kit came in, the generator was ready two days later, fully tested. I highly recommend Reasonable Lawnmower and Small Engine Repair.

Not many people doing business like this place anymore. They actually care! Correctly named and quot;reasonableand quot; lawnmower. Had to do much more than he originally quoted, but honored his quote. Very knowledgeable about ALL lawnmowers. I strongly recommend this place.

Called Reasonable Lawnmower and within a few days they came out to my home and was given an estimate to repair my generator. They were very professional and knowledgeable. For a reasonable price, they offered to pickup and drop off my generator after the repairs. Generator running great! Would definitely use again!

I found Jerry's company on Angie's List. His building is a bit difficult to find, he should list the nursery it's behind. He is one of the friendliest people I've met recently. He told me what the problem was and gave me two options; repair the old one (more $$$) or replace it (less $$$). I left it there and Jerry had it ready within a couple of weeks; I was in no hurry. Overall this was an excellent experience and I encourage others with small engine repair problems to go to him.

I'll make this quick. If more business owners got customer service at a fair price, they'd have more successful businesses. It's rare to find guys like this, today.
