RALPHS TRANSFER

The worst service ever. No professionalism and never show up with tools. Home Depot uses them for deliveries. Every time I use them something goes wrong. I would never use them again.

I received a call the night before they were to deliver informing me that they would be dropping off my new appliances between 8 and 12 the next day. Around 9:30 AM, they came and delivered the new appliances. One of the delivery men let a dog I am fostering out of the gate. The dog took off running into the street and he just shrugged. No apology for his carelessness. They brought the new washer and dryer in, but refused to take the old ones, which were in a shed in the back yard; because my yard was "messy" and they would be difficult to access. The electrician was still installing the electrical outlets, so they said to call when he was done and they would come back and balance the washer and set up the dryer. They left, and did not bother to shut the gate behind them. Left it wide open, in spite of the fact that they knew I had dogs in the house. This was on a Tuesday. I called when the electrician was done and was told I would be rescheduled for them to finish the job two days later, on Thursday. They never called or showed up.
