Please, please please do NOT hire Quality Garage Door Services to install a new garage door. A friend referred me to this company because he hired them 10 years ago and said they were good. Well, things have changed. I’m going to keep this short and sweet. They promised that they were going to pull a permit and even charged me for it. Once the job was done, they charged my credit card the remainder of the balance without my consent or knowledge. The next step was to make an appointment to have the garage door inspected by the city. It’s been exactly one month of waiting for an inspector to inspect my garage door. Every time I call the office, they give me the runaround and tell me that either Bree or Mitch are in a meeting or stepped out of the office. I called my city permit department and was told that a permit was never pulled or requested on their end. I continue to call the office and Alex keeps me on hold for 20 minutes pretending to get information for me but all they’re doing is giving me the runaround. I am reporting them to the DBPR, disputed the second half of the balance with my credit card company and will have to take further action if they don’t resolve this with me asap. I DO NOT recommend this “poor quality” company. They really should change their name because there’s nothing quality about them.

When Connor arrived for his initial appointment, he assessed the problem but didn’t have the unit I needed with him. We made an appointment for two days later and he removed my old Genie opener and replaced it with a new Liftmaster, as well as making an adjustment in the fit of my door in about 2 hours. For both appointments, he didn’t arrive at exact agreed-upon time but he did arrive within the standard 2-hour window. After completing job, he showed me how to operate and hauled off debris from old unit. I was happy with job.

It went very well. I was given a full explanation of everything that was done. Tiler was a complete professional and very knowledgeable. The customer service (Lexi) on the phone was also very professional. This family-owned company has never failed to do the job right. If you have to pay, it's companies like this that make you feel your money is well-spent.

Jacob was on time, polite, and very professional. He explained what he thought the problem was without talking down to me. The problem was fixed within 5 minutes, and I was not charged an exorbitant amount. I will definitely use Quality Garage Door Services again in the future.

Quality Garage Door Service replaced our garage door springs about 6 years age. One broke the other day. I called on Monday evening and they had Daniel out here the next afternoon. I wasn’t home, but arrived as Daniel finished the job. I asked about replacing the rollers (wheels). He said he would come back the next day to do that. He did and replaced them with new rollers that are better then the older ones. Daniel is knowledgeable and timely. I would highly Recommend quality Garage Door Services.

Quality service and Quality products. Extremely pleased with the service from the first phone call to the installation. The girls in the office were friendly, polite, courteous, and very helpful. The gentleman who came out to give me the quote was professional and very knowledgeable. They were very reasonable in price which made it even more of a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door whether new or to be replaced. Mitch and Lex, the owners, were available for any questions I had and returned calls or emails the very same day.

These guys (esp. my tech Daniel) were the best. Super nice, professional, timely and HONEST - could have charged me for a whole new system but instead helped me get a the only new part I needed (for free) from the manufacturer since it was under warrantee. It's cause of this kind of honesty that will make me come back to them again and again.

Daniel took off the old keypad and installed the new keypad. He patiently explained to me what I needed to do on my end while he was doing what he needed to do up on the ladder with the garage door motor. He made sure everything was working properly. He put a business card stick on in the inside of my garage should I ever need service again. I would definitely use this company again.

Very professional. I was contacted via text to confirm appointment and updated several times to inform me when service tech would arrive including the name of the tech with a picture of him and company truck & logo. Before any work was started required repairs were explained including costs plus suggestions for additional repairs that would improve door performance. The tech (Daniel Mincey) was very courteous and efficient from start to finish. I am satisfied with the work and would certainly use Quality Garage Door Service again.

Daniel the technician was punctual and well skilled. I felt the price was high, but with the Corona Virus outbreak I felt a bit generous and proceeded There was a thud after a few uses of the door and the door refused to completely close. Daniel talked me through an adjustment that worked and came back the next day, adjusted one roller, and things are good

Daniel Mincey came to correct a slight problem with a recently adjusted garage door. He came first thing in the AM, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He found and corrected the problem quickly and was gone within 30 minutes! I was very satisfied and would highly recommend him.
