Puzzitiello Builders completed construction of a beautiful master bed/bath + loft addition, patio/pool deck, playroom, & kids bathroom renovation at our house. From start to finish we couldn’t have been more pleased with the process of working with Ray, Frank & their team of professionals. Communication was excellent & everyone involved was respectful of the fact we remained in our house as a family with 2 young kids throughout the project. Costs were outlined in detail at the time of bid, product selection, & invoicing, a sign of the kind of transparency that is above & beyond for the industry. Ray & his team don’t cut corners & displayed a level of honesty & integrity we sincerely appreciated. So much thanks to everyone involved for such fantastic work! This is a great contracting company who are friendly and who do their job well. They always came on time and worked all throughout the day. Ray has a great eye to detail. He also has a list of sub-contractors who work with him. Ray handled everything and pre-selected the contractors as he took the time to describe to me his actions and as to why he was picking who he picked. He made sure that everyone had licensed permits. I wish I could give him an A+ for his honestly and integrity. I was also very pleased that after the job was done he would always do a followup to make sure everything was still solid and in tact. I would recommend Puzzitiello Builders to anyone who have higher end homes.
