We would recommend them and are very happy with their advice, pricing and the installation. There was a glitch in the scheduling as they scheduled and then cancelled after the arrival time. It was frustrating because I had changed my schedule to meet their availability and then struggled with rescheduling prior commitment. Would just recommend that they cancel earlier as I know schedules can change.

After reading reviews, we asked Pure Showers to come out for an estimate. The owner, Francisco came out and was personable and clear with details about the job and what would take place. He gave us options and then followed up in writing with a proposal that included costs for each item. We compared with three other companies, and decided his price was a fair one and with the reviews we read decided to give Pure Showers the job. The guys who installed were professional, spoke clearly and had a very smooth installation.

Francisco was very knowledgeable, competent, and personable during his visit to assess the bathroom mirror work to be completed. He presented us with a very reasonable price for services to be rendered, in light of the fact that we could not do any of this work by ourselves. Installation Technicians Blair and assistant were very competent, professional, efficient, and personable. They performed the clean-up in a very detailed, complete, and careful manner, using a drop cloth, vacuuming the area, and wiping down the floor so as to avoid leaving any glass shards behind to affect our pets. Great. First of all, when I told Maryann that the door shattered--the first question out of her was--is everyone ok? Right there, I knew I was talking to the right people. Since they were not the original installer of the shower door, I emailed a picture of the door and she confirmed that it was a candidate for replacing glass vs. the entire set up. An estimator came out quickly and confirmed the glass size and a week later the installers came and fixed it. This company is flexible in their communication style--with the right mix (for me) of personal interaction, phone calls and email/texting capability. They are responsive on all fronts. I am pleased I found them and highly recommend them.

I needed mirrors for my bathrooms and found Pure Showers. They are an example of how a business should be run. They were professional in every step of the process from the estimate to the installation. My mirrors were ready for installation when they said they would be and the installers arrive on time and were very professional. Class act all the way. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The installer removed the old shower enclosure, installed the new enclosure, patched the holes of the old enclosure. The purchase included two 18" towel bars attached to the glass. A Clearshield coating was also applied. We received exactly what we ordered and expected. The old shower enclosure was taken away and the work area was left clean. The installer was punctual and professional. We received a $100 Angie's list discount. totally pleased with the work.

Francisco came out for an estimate a few days after I called. He called to let me know he was on his way. I wanted a frameless shower door and after looking at my existing shower he told me he didn't think it was my best option for a few different reasons. He took the time to explain to me what the issues were and what my options were. After I received the quote later that day, I decided to move forward with one of his suggestions. I was scheduled for install approximately 7 days later. They called me the day before my install and said they had the door ready to install, they had time that afternoon, and would I like to have it installed a day early. I was thrilled! Francisco and one of his employee's came out that afternoon and less than an hour and a half later the door was installed and looks fantastic! It's not a frameless shower door, but it's pretty close and I think it looks great. It's sleek and modern looking and I couldn't be happier. I will use Pure Showers in the future for any glass or mirror needs and will recommend Pure Showers to anyone who needs these types of services. This is a top notch company. I only wish all contractors and service providers were as professional, responsive, detail oriented, honest and this great quality work.
