He put in a 40 gallon hot water heater when I had asked for a 30 gallon. He promised a beautiful chrome drain for a wallmount sink, then could not follow through, leaving a total mess of the plumbing. I've had to put a vanity in the place, meaning, new sink vanity, and faucet.
