These guys didn't seem to know what they were really doing. I had to call someone out to come help them. Both of these two guys were doing poor work so I had to stop them. The kid told me he requested the correct equipment but the business did not provide them with it. I had to ask the thrid guy to add another two hurricane straps to the unit because he was going to leave it with just two.They just did not seem to have it together. They ended up using my tools to do a part of something I requested they do in the contract. It was very poor craftsmanship. They have to come back again today to repair some things already. He tried once already to re write the contract on me. I have only paid half thus far. They are already 25 minutes late for todays appt and also were late to yesterday's by a couple of hours. They didn't even bring anything to clean up their mess.
