I had Jerry Dezard, owner of Proficient Plumbing, install an AO Smith 50 Gallon water heater at my house in our primary bathroom. The first night after it was installed we noticed that the water heater was making a popping noise, which woke us up that evening. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would come back the following week to fix it and also install another item I needed. He then stopped taking my calls. I was able to get a hold of him a few weeks later by using my work number. When I spoke with him he clearly took my call and when he found out I was looking for him to fix the issue, he hung up on me again. I now have to go through AO Smith's warranty program, but if the issue is with the piping that Jerry installed to connect the water heater, then I have to pay for that out of pocket. I recommend staying away from Jerry Dezard and Proficient Plumbing.
Description of Work: Buying and installing a new 50-gallon water heater, along with moving some pipes up in the closet.
