It was a disaster. I contracted for a new AC unit for sunroom, they installed on 12/12/23 and submitted for payment to finance company on 12/13/23 as completed. Permit was abandoned on 12/13/23 and today 1/18/24 City of Boynton Beach issued me a summons for work done without a permit. They don't respond or say anything.

My thermostat died. The technician installed a new thermostat which turned out to be defective. After back & forth, he was finally willing to replace it. Then he told me that my freon was low and said he filled it up. He got very upset with me when I wanted to pay for the thermostat and freon separately. He said that the freon would be $200. When I said I'd pay for it with a check separately, he became very upset, stating that $200 would do nothing for him.??? Huh? I thought I was paying the company, not him individually. What??? Then he later told me to forget about sending the check. What??? Now we are at the 4th home call to replace the 3rd thermostat. And it's Not the thermostat I requested from the beginning of this debacle, but some cheap variation of Honeywell. Still paying the original cost of the thermostat, I now have #3 thermostat and waiting to see what happens. Oh, I have asked the manager to call me several times, and he never has. I will never have anything to do with this company again. Premier Comfort A/C is more like Worst A/C ever!

Premier Comfort came out to install a AC unit in July 2019 5 Ton Lennox unit for our main house and I paid the monthly fee for maintenance of my other unit and there unit. They always found something wrong with the other unit that my old AC repair friend did but never an issue with there unit. Anytime they found an issue with the other unit my friend would come out and take a look and see nothing wrong, and it worked fine. Now the unit they installed I have had nothing but problems. I called them cause my drain pan filled up and the guy (Jerry) came out to check and said the line was clogged and he couldn;'t blow it out and I would have to replace the entire line and get a UV system which would cost updwards too $700+ dollars. My AC repair friend came out out and blew the line and everything was working again. I still continue to let them do maintenance. Today my AC there unit is not working, the breaker keeps kicking off and the technician) (Anthony) came out and they charged me a diagnostic fee of $100 and said the breaker was the problem and then left. My Dad who is pretty handy came out and we troubleshot it again and the compressor was the problem. Premier sent Anthony back out since he was just leaving my house and he concluded as well this TIME that the compressor is bad. They will replace the compressor but want to charge me over $3000 to do the work, compressor is under warranty and I understand labor is not covered. I called my AC friend who owns his own company and still in business and he comes out and tells me the compressor is bad confirmed, but the AC until was never installed properly as there was an oil leak at the compressor area. Several times Premier Comfort came out and they didn't notice or ignored this issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS, THERE THIEVES AND THERE TECHNICIANS ARE TRAINED TO UPSELL AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT YOUR ACTUAL PROBLEMS.

We have been Premier Comfort Club Members since 2018. Back in November, technician Jason came into our home for service. Within days we had substantial water damage. Another technician came over that evening to inspect the air handler and pump. I don't know what he did, but he said maybe the pump had been plugged into an outlet in the attic that didn't have power or that shut off with the attic light. In any case, everything was working fine until Mr. Smith did his maintenance and then we had a major water leak in our attic. Ceiling, walls and carpet had to be ripped out. Our emails and phone calls were not returned from Sofia Lewis. Premier Comfort Service, Inc. never took responsibility for the damage, only offered a small amount of money to defray our costs.

Outstanding service kept me informed about whole project. Chris the manager who came to do quote was great. Really detailed. Even though this happened during Christmas week they got it done! Will use them for all future plumbing. Highly recommend

We purchased a brand new Amanna 2 ton system (so we were told) in 2015. Everything was fine until November 2020 in Southern FL. The A/C stopped putting out cold air. The tech came and stated that there was a coolant leak in the air handler. The unit, only 5 years is still under warranty, so parts were supposedly covered but labor was not. They charged $2400 for repairs after waiting a week for the part. We then enjoyed about 30 min of cool air. Then it started all over again, this time it was the condenser coil outside. As of now we are still waiting 2 weeks for the second part. They said no charge for the second part & repair. So now, both of us working from home have had no A/C going on 1 month now and out $2400 for repair of a 5 year old system! Which cost $5000 new. I feel like we are getting ripped off by premier comfort services and living in hot humid south Florida, all they had to say about it is, “ Yeah, that happens.

Excellent response time. Very communicative. Professional, respectful of customer and home. Best HVAC company I ve used in FL in over a decade. Antonio is a fantastic tech I look forward to seeing again and again to care for my AC needs.

Premier Comfort, in my opinion, is the best in the business. Customer coordination, professionalism, quality of work , and price are outstanding. Of special note is the professionalism of every single technician that has serviced my A/C including my latest technician, Anthony D., who was a pleasure to deal with in terms of knowledge, care to inform customer of all work being done with much time spent in assuring my awareness of all pertinent information in a friendly and professional manner. He is a true asset to the company.

Took several days to get repair person out, but the person who came out, like all previous service people from this company, was excellent.

Very well organized company that understands what customer pleasing is, and they have excellent personnnel to deliver against it.

This the 3rd opportunity that I have used them. They have never disappointed in there ability to be on time , explain and perform the work needed. Their technicians have been great at all times. I will continue to use them as needed as they have continued to deliver each time.

They send qualified technicians very quickly and they are diligent about finding and fixing the problem. Also, they stand behind their warranty work and correct problem free of charge.

Everyone is very professional and courteous from the people who answer the phone to the service technicians. They scheduled a same day appointment on a holiday, the technician showed up exactly when they said he would, thoroughly evaluated everything that needed to be done, and he was extremely knowledgeable. Also scheduled the work to be done promptly. I couldn't be happier with the service or the pricing.
