Precision came out the same day a high tension garage door spring broke on a weekend and during a pandemic. They upgraded the springs, rollers and pulley system so we should be good for many many years. Thank you!

They did a great job. Very professional and hard-working team. They even used touchup paint on very minor dings in the surface paint. If you need a new garage door I would recommend them without hesitation.

I found Precision on Angie's List, and I was VERY pleased with everything Precision did! Jerry Cunningham made the initial visit, and I was struck by his friendliness and professional thoroughness. No pressure to purchase a new door, and within minutes after he left, Jerry emailed me a quote, which I thought was fair. If the price I paid seems high to you, it's because I ordered 8 wagon wheel windows on my door, and they are made with heavy hurricane impact glass ($500). Also, I was given 3 quotes for Good, Better, and Best. I went with Better. Adam and his team of installers arrived just when they said they would, and promptly got to work. I especially like how well the door is sealed. I had a curly-tailed lizard coming in and out at the corners of my OLD door. No way could even a small lizard get in now. Yaaaay! The installers left my garage spotless! (Except for MY junk!) I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone!

We purchased a new insulated garage door from Precision last year. We fan into some issues with the installation, as there was some rotting wood in our frame, and the new door nearly didn't fit in space provided by the concrete lip of the garage. The expert installer had to get creative to make it work. 1 year later and our door is still beautiful and works great.

From the initial call to fix the broken door, to the installation of the door, to helping me get the inspection, Samantha in administration, Mike, Bobby and Will the technicians have all been prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this company to my family, friends and neighbors or use them again (if I get another house).

Rude technician will attitude used my ladder to access opener.
The door would close but bounce back up.
He told us the logic board was fried and it would be $550.00 to replace.
When I got home my ladder was still under the unit and he left his screw drive on top. When I moved the ladder his screwdriver hit me on the head.
I called his manager Migliano .,,,,and emailed him to tell him I was stopping payment on the check......he never responded.......
I call EDL electronic door lift , for a service.
Their technician made an adjustment and the door closes fine now.
He said next time I need service on the unit it would be a good idea just to replace the unit, 9 years old. Their price is $375.00

Stay away from Precision and if you believe their raving reviews......remember....seeing is believing.

Discovered pretty quickly it was overpriced by $150.  A year later, discovered that the installer took shortcuts.
Problems:
1) One of the two bolts to support the drive chain rod was put into a hollow wall.
2) Arm used to connect the door to the track was never changed and had only one bolt. The bolt became loose and the door started slamming shut.
Unfortunately with a 1 year labor warranty, 13 months later it needed to be repaired. Actually tried calling them a few times where their answering service said it would take several days to come out and they would charge; most of the time no one picked up the phone.
Had another service provider take care of the problem same day and he said he would not charge because they were adjustments that should have been done right in the first place.

I called them for the first time 2 weeks ago, spent $150 and fortunately I didn't have to call them back. They were very helpful, they weren't in a hurry, they listened so they knew what to fix and they were very pleasant to work with. I would say I had a good experience, they took care f the problem, their price seemed fair and I would use them again.
