Pool and Spa Servicing
He billed me BEFORE he even started for $130 when he quoted me $95 on the phone. When I questioned the difference he wrote me this, which is copied and pasted from his email: "With all due respect, my costs are none of your business.Seeing as how this is going, I think it would be best if you found another service. Please ignore the invoice I previously sent you and I will tell RIch to take you off next week's service schedule."
I simply asked a simple question, what the cost is of "stabilizer" is, which is the reason he said the price was $35 higher. His reaction to my question shows his character and how he does business.
A customer should be allowed to question the bill they receive, especially when the full bill is due before service is rendered.

"The customer was told in advance about the extra charge and had no complaints in the past with it,. The customer was sent an invoice in advance with a due date well after service was to have begun. This is standard and no different from when she had regular monthly service in the past. Customer insisted on knowing my materials costs which is what my quoted response was to, not disputing the actual charge itself. It is my opinion that she had as much right to know what my actual costs of operation are as I do to knowing what her salary is, namely none..."
