Not often you run across a great honest company. By cell phone; described my problem, sent picture, given a quote, that I was more than happy with, scheduled appointment for the following day. I was called twice to update me on time of arrival. Edward arrived a little early, assesed the problem and explained what he was going to do. Had to use creative thinking to stop the drip in one of the faucets. I am happy to recommend Plum Rite Plumbing Sewer, and Drain. We'll be calling them shortly to replace the whole house water shut-off valves.

We had a few hiccups because the faucets were so old. Also I had purchased faucets that didn’t fit properly. They purchased the correct faucets and installed them beautifully. I’m very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!

The estimate was provided over the phone without an in-home inspection. The work was done and match the estimate.

I was very pleased with the services rendered. When I called late at night, I was able to speak with somebody and they were able to confirm an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. A disaster situation was resolved quickly and with a very skilled and knowledgeable technician.

Excellent job by Dan Smith, plumber/ service technician. When finished, area was left spotless. I have used this company-Plumb-Rite- before and they always deliver. I called and made an appointment for service. Richard, the owner, was so accommodating. He called back to let me know that my appointment could be moved up earlier. They are a small company you will want to call for service. They guarantee their work for a year..and I find their prices to be reasonable and fair. You will be happy with their service and if you aren’t, they will make it right!!!

I am extremely happy with this company. The communication was great, appointment was set up quickly and the technician arrived on time. The technician, Kyle was great as well. He was very professional and explained what was needed. I am so happy with his work. I'm going to call them back in about 6 months for another project that I have.

Perfectly ! Plumb Rite was the only company that called on Sunday ! When I returned their call on Monday morning, the service technician arrived within two hours. His name is Michael Huddle - he realized my problem immediately, and after a few questions about such an old (1958) house, he knew just what to do. The problem was solved within an hour or so ! Both bathrooms now work as they should. Furthermore, the price was also perfect !
