From Pipeline Technology angle - perfectly. The only issues were at the condo where we had issues with the maintenance department regarding access. The team was really patient while this was all sorted out and performed an immaculate job. Can't thank them enough.

Pipeling Technologies, Inc caused damage to our units storage and our personal property by breaking a sewer pipe and causing damages. Pipelining Technologies, Inc. was contracted to do a sewer pipe relining in our condo. On April 9, 2018 the workers contacted me and said that while cleaning the sewer pipe, the pipe broke, sending sewage all over my family's personnel property. The installers did not take the proper care while working on this sewer pipe causing damages to our personnel property. The company was notified by our condo board. Pipelining Technologies, Inc. did not deny causing the sewer leak, but they said they would not submit the claim to their insurance company. If your condo is considering using Pipeling Technologies for pipe work, I would run like the plague. This company runs a "sloppy shop". Although they say they are insured, they will make a mess of your property and say they are not responsible.

"Pipelining Technologies was contracted to clean and line the vertical stacks on a hi-rise condo. After cleaning one of the stacks some water leaked out of a failed no-hub adapter inside of a wall. The water most likely leaked prior to cleaning as well. An investigation was conducted by us and our insurance adjuster and the determination of the insurance company was that the rubber failed due to age and the pipe had no cracks after cleaning. We proceeded to line the pipe as contracted without incident. The condo experienced other leaks on other stacks both before and during the course of our work from other failed no hub connectors. This is why pipe lining was contracted in the first place. Some water did get on the floor of this storage unit when the units above were using water and leaked from the failed connection which we never touched. The owner claimed damage to multiple fur coats, art work and even boxes of unused tile. With a $30k plus claim and a suspect cause of loss we immediately involved our insurance company and they denied coverage to the owner and informed him to file a claim personally instead as it was a normal pipe failure due to age, not our work."

I decided on Pipelining Tecnologies for several reasons. First, my daughter-in-law does work for many condos locally and heard many nice things about the company's work. Secondly, they had very good reviews everywhere I checked and checked out in Tallahasse and the BBB. Finally, this is all they do, they do alot of it, they are the only company interviewed that can do 2 inch lines as they have the very expensive technology to be able to. I opted to have the entire waste system all the way to the hook-up done in both houses. We remained in the homes during the work. I was impressed by the teams they sent to both houses. They worked quietly and were very considerate. My mother who is in end stages Alzheimer's was living in one of the homes. The two jobs took 3-5 days each. By about 3pm to 4pm each day we were able to use the lines. The price was similar to the other companies ($20,000 for one and $30,000 for the other approx.) for more work. Imagine trying to redo the entire waste system in a house while living in it if you did not use pipeling...impossible and more expensive. Please do research on the process and on the companies. Pipelining Technologies will stand out. I am very happy with the work done and impressed by the company.

We thought that we would have to do trench or tunneling to replace all piping in our home. We then found PTI. Craig from PTI came and gave an estimate for free based on the condition we know the pipes are in from previous plumbing videos performed. They explained their guarantee and what the work entails. We had to pay for them to run a video down the pipes which took a couple hours. This video was very detailed and was provided to us when it was complete. Since we have not heard of this method, we were able to call previous customers and hear about their experience which were all positive. We researched the science behind the method and decided to go this route. Mike and his team were able to complete the job in 4 days. They were very professional at all times of working with them. They came to my home and never left a mess. Their communication was great (which I find rare in a lot of companies now). I would highly recommend PTI to anyone. I am so happy we went with them because this project could have been very stressful if you are dealing with an unprofessional, inexperienced company.

The crew that did the repair were friendly, clean, and punctual. After they finished lining the pipe (which they did from inside the home) they cleaned the floor surrounding the work area. The day that the pipe was relined, I was able to use my kitchen sink that same day. After getting rid of the existing rats that had traveled to my attic, I never experienced any issues again.
