Picture Perfect Roofing

Roof repair was fine, although the workers did a sloppy job painting the replacement board. The problem was that they 'forgot' to repair the leaky gutter. After 6 weeks of apologies and promises to come back and take care of, the gutter and I are still waiting. I do not recommend this contractor.

Easy to deal with, accepted a negotiated price. Work started on time, but was under staffed which caused the job to last almost a week longer than expected. Final product was great!

Excellent from start to finish. Mr. Simon clearly identified the problems on my roof, explained in great understandable detail about how he would go about repairing the identified problems, repairs that he would complete in such a way that the cause of the leaks were addressed to prevent the problem from reoccurring, he and his crew were punctual, throughout the process he answered every question I had, and actually of his own volition took care of a few other issues for no extra charge. He also did as he said he would and provided ongoing oversight of his roofing crew from start to finish. Additionally, his crew cleaned my property perfectly when they were done. I will most definitely use Picture Perfect Roofing in the event that any other future roofing problems may occur, hopefully not, and when I need to change my entire roof in a few years, , I feel totally confident that his company would provide an outstanding new roof for our home, so I will use Picture Perfect Roofing for all of our roofing needs. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I had an appointment for an estimate on a new roof but nobody showed up nor did they call me to reschedule. Therefore I cannot give them a good review nor recommend them.

I called Brad on Monday and he came out immediately and provided an estimate. He was able to send his team over the very next day. We have used Brad once before in the past. He came recommended by our neighbors who had also previously been referred to him. Brad is prompt, professional, and friendly. Most importantly he and his team do a great job. They clean up after themselves and remove all debris. I would highly recommend Brad and most definitely will use him again in the future if we ever have the need. His prices are reasonable.

I had a leak and I have recommended him to at least 3 different neighbors. We have not had any leaks since they did the work. My neighbors have also reported good results and overall are very pleased.
