This company also goes by Elements Pools. We started our service back in February 2021 and soon after I noticed our salt level was too high as reported by the technician and they didn't notify us or do anything about it until I called them. They missed service in July due to staffing but never let us know until we called them. They again missed service last week and will not return calls or emails. I sent them an email to cancel the service but want to speak to them to make sure they don't debit my account and they should have finished out September but they haven't. They told my husband the last time he spoke to them that they don't give refunds but they also don't honor their contract. I would never recommend a company with such horrible customer service and lax attitude toward my pool.
