Palm Beach Property Maintenance

Initially, when working directly with Chris, it was great. Chris was punctual and very responsive to all my questions. Then, Chris started using a new project manager. They showed up once and not the second time. I called Chris and advised him. He promised it wouldn't be an issue going forward as they were just transitioning to a new project manager. Chris also advised that they would be coming 3 times per month as we had just hit the summer months. The following month, no one showed up. I advised Chris that I was canceling. His project manager called me insisting that his records showed they had worked on my property several times. We work from home so we know that isn't true. After arguing the point, I just told them I am canceling. Now, months later, I've been contacted by that project manager looking for money for the work that was "performed"! I advised again that they never showed up and he told me his records showed different. He also questioned my story that we work from home because my house is "vacant" house in Vero Beach... I live in Boca. They didn't even have my address listed correctly in their records but assured me that their records are accurate and that I owe them additional money. I'm not paying. Unless Chris is going to be doing the work on your property himself, I wouldn't recommend Palm Beach Property Management.
