I told the owner (Shane Bennett) that I needed the computer back as soon as possible. He diagnosed the problem immediately and said he would replace the hard drive and the computer will be ready the next day. Indeed, it was ready and it works beautifully. He even used my back-up drive to reinstall everything as it was before the hard drive failure.
