Salesman was excellent in explaining options available and differences between them. Installation was very good and crew was neat and very attentive to our concerns as we had recently installed new window treatments.

When the sales guy from Palm Beach Hurricane Windows came to discuss what I wanted I thought he was very good. He explained everything really good to me. The product was really good but I just thought that some of the work was a little bit messy and some of it was a little bit unfinished. I had to bring it to their attention. They were always on time but it could have been a little bit neater because they left stuff all over the windows. I understand when you put in windows they are not going to be perfectly clean and beautiful but also not as much as these were. I had to get one of the screens replaced because it was bent so I said it to the main guy but I had to keep calling and reminding him. I just got it a few days ago when I asked for it three months ago. I was happy with the actual windows but the installation could have probably been a little bit better. I thought waiting for the screen three months was not acceptable. I would not recommend Palm Beach Hurricane Windows.

"(removed member name) installation was a little harder than the usual in South Florida, she has a frame home with the type windows that the outside trim and sliding had to be removed to install new windows. These installations are not like you just pull out the window and stick another, there is extra work involved with the installation. As far and the screen, I had to re order it form the factory and it came in wrong again, by the time I receive the right one, she had gone out town, but as soon as she called me that she was back I took her screen to her. Also the window that the screen was missing from, she had removed and installed a French Door there instead. All during the installation I had talked to her and she said nothing to me about the way we were working, nor did she to my employees about not being neat. The only complaint she had was the outside trim didn't meet in the corners right and we were going to fix that, but she was having the house resided so that trim had to come back off anyway, so she told us not to replace it. (removed member name) was a very pleasant person to do business with and I was very surprised to see this review. I just wish she would have came to me during the work that she had problems with mess, and we could of handle the situation instead writing a report like this."

He was prompt. He had to comeback twice. He was very accurate, he told me, "I will call you whether or not I can replace these locks.", he called the next day and he said he was able to purchase locks as replacement locks and that he would be back in the evening to install them and he did, and everything was fine. I was able to go away with piece of mind that my hurricane shutters were locked appropriately. The price. was fair. The quality of service was excellent, my locks are fine. He was convenient. He was very professional, he assessed the lock and showed me how it was rotted. He only replace the once that were rotted, so I felt he was honest and he showed me what he was doing.

Their bid came in significantly less than every other service provider in our area. They were professional, reliable, and very knowledlegable about their product. They truly seemed honest and willing to go forward and do great work for us. We plan on using them immediately to complete this project.
They came back and they did the job. They did it within budget. They did a great job with pulling the permit. After the job was completed we had a stress crack in one of the windows. They came back, and at no charge, replaced the window. THey had great service and were very nice guys. They kept their word, they were professional. I would share there name and recommend them to others.
