I had nicked the treadmill several times parking my SUV in the garage, and the bumper was looking quite shoddy, lol. I was looking for someone reasonable but more importantly trustworthy to repair and repaint my front bumper. I got the name of Palm Beach Coachworks from a friend. I took my car in late on a Monday, and picked it up Friday afternoon. Excellent! Price was very reasonable, didn't change from my quote, and the work was outstanding! Management (owners I believe) and my point of contact, Geo, were awesome! Very friendly and professional. Since my vehicle is black, they even kept it covered for me after the repairs were finished so it wouldn't get rained on. I highly recommend them!

Although the job took a little longer than we had planned, the result was well worth the wait. I found the staff and management to be highly concerned with the quality of the work and making sure that I was completely satisfied. Both goals were reached. I highly recommend Palm Beach Coachworks for anyone interested in top notch quality paint and body work.

They had the car for 12 days for minor front end repair from an accident in my 2009 VW Jetta Wolfsburg. Came back with hood and lights all wrong. Hood seemed too long/hooded over the headlights. It appears they used non-oem perhaps used/refurb parts. Doesntlook right. Worse they apparently cannot properly recode a car after taking battery out either. Stereo doesnt work now which was working when I dropped it off, but of course the stereo now not working as soon as I pick it up is all just a big coincidence. What a crock. Please whatever you do, do NOT take your vehicle here for any type of repair. They not only do a poor job, but also do not care and do not stand behind their work. My wife noticed the front end looked goofy as soon as she saw it... You're telling me their professionals (I use the term loosely) didn't notice what my accountant wife picked up on right away and it is not even her car... Filing a complaint with Progressive Insurance, BBB and Attorney General's office as soon as I get my paperwork together with an assessment from a real shop. Probably won't matter as places like this don't really care, but my advice on this one is easy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will update once we get the written assessment from a real shop.
