PADRON BROTHERS FLOORING

It appeared the agent responsible for installing the tile took a lot of cigarette breaks and was on his cell phone most of the time.  His novice appears to be the one who did most of the work.  I requested a bench in the shower. The corner of the shower was wood framed over the wall tile.  The two shelves for shampoo, etc. were installed in the front of the shower near the shower head.  The shelves do not drain and are a source of moisture retention.  The bench design was terrible and ended up collecting water behind the enclosure.  In addition, the plumber who had been recommended by Padron created the floor of the shower with incorrect drainage. I was required to have someone come in to redo the shower floor and remove the bench.  There was a substantial amount of water behind the bench frame which became stagnant and moldy.  With the bench removed and a new floor installed the shower is in working condition.

The floors were installed.  The closet doors were removed and holes were drilled to reinstall the doors.  The floor was now higher and the doors no longer fit.  The holes in the floor were left unfilled. No pieces of flooring were left as usually the order allows for extra pieces.
