I hired this company for my lawn maintenance needs approximately 6 months ago. They were mediocre with their punctuality but it was not a huge deal as my yard is pretty basic. However, my last cut unfortunately ended in a broken window from a rock that had been launched by the mower. I went outside to inform Dan ( the owner) that a rock had busted my window. The long the short is, he agreed to send a company out to replace my window. He also fired me as a client stating " I had too many rocks in my yard" yet he cut my yard for months with no complaints. This was 5 weeks ago and I have reached out to Dan multiple times and cannot get a response. My assumption would be at this point is that he has zero intentions of fixing my window. What a terribly unprofessional and immoral thing to do.
