Nautical Pools and Pressure Cleaning

I've used Nautical for about a year for weekly pool service and have been happy with the job they do. This is a small business and work is done by the owner so he takes pride in doing a good job unlike some of the larger companies I've used in the past, those places seem to change employees on a weekly basis. When my monthly statement came recently I noticed that Nautical has started doing pressure washing in addition to pool service and repair so I decided to give them a try to clean my driveway, walkways and pool deck. I asked the owner to give me an estimate the next time he came to service the pool, we agreed on a price and he promised to do the work the next time he came. On the day of the job he spent several hours power washing the areas we discussed and also cleaned my garage doors and a low retaining wall adjacent to the driveway at no additional cost. Everything looked great when he finished and there was no collateral damage, one of my pet peeves is that this frequently happens when using contractors of any type. Nothing is more annoying than having to fix something damaged by those hired to "help".
