I have a residential Kitchenaid ice machine, built in under my counter. The inside of it was disgusting, dirty, moldy, rusty, etc. I couldn't access most of it to clean it without taking the machine apart, which might be reasonable for some people to do, but was beyond my ability. I got an estimate from Mr. Ice Machine which was quite high, but I felt it was necessary or I would be unwilling to use the ice it made. The technician came on time, took off his shoes before entering the house, spread out dropcloths around the machine, and completely disassembled the whole thing. He took all the removable parts outside and cleaned them with the appropriate chemicals. He then cleaned everything left inside, and reassembled it. It was left spotless inside and out, completely sanitized. It took him less time than estimated, and the price was adjusted accordingly. I was totally satisfied with the technician, the service provided, the contact with the office, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My a/c was not cycling. It stayed on all day and the house couldn't cool under 82 degrees. So i called on a referral. the guy (VINCE) arrived 10 minutes early. (this is rare in south florida) checked everything crawled the length of my stankey hot attic to check for duct leaks. freon was low he added some( it had been a long time since my last service) ducts now blowing 15-20 degrees below intake house now set at 77 and maintaining during day and cycling and 73 at night. What impressed me most was what he didn't do. He did not try to push a new unit on me. My system is 11 years old. So when that time comes guess who i am calling. 160 seems pricey for a service but i know the pressure that comes with those 30 dollar coupons the other guys have. i saved 40 on my electric bill and it was serviced mid month. Dude was clean and was mindful of being neat.

Mike was very knowledgeable. They did fine work and installed it well. They went over everything with us. He had to come back because I had some problems with a piece of it. He came back out and fixed it right away.
