Computer Repair
A remote, outdoor camera I purchased, burnt out after one year of a 2 year warrantee. MPYRE COMPUTER NINJAS
claimed the manufacturer of a remote camera, would not honor factory warrantee. I had to then buy a new, more expensive, replacement camera.
Eventually I decided I was going to contact the manufacturer directly about the warrantee and asked MPYRE COMPUTER NINJAS for my broken camera back, which was in their possession. After trying several times to pick the broken camera up, I was told I waited too long and the owner threw it out. The fact that they didn't contact me BEFORE throwing my camera out was unacceptable.

Overall it went extremely well. The tech was able, with a great deal of difficulty, to get into my Toshiba laptop to assess
the problem Had told me that had he been unable to repair it, he would not have charged me. I had gone to Best Buy
where I bought the laptop and their Geek Squad gave me a minimum estimate of $200 to do the same repair.
