James Sonora of MJS Improvement sevices damaged a lot of flooring during installation. He left gaps, holes and cracks throughout the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Each room has multiple damaged boards. He cut straight cuts around the door frames instead of cutting into the frame, he laid the pattern wrong and covered up damaged floor boards under furniture. I kicked him off the job half way through and he refused to pay me back the money I had paid him up front. I now have to pull the entire floor up and start again but other floor companies have told me I risk damaging more floor due to having to pull it back up. It is now going to cost me thousands more to fix the damage he had done not to mention having to replace all the flooring he damaged.
