Mindful Home Inspections

I needed an inspection before deciding to buy a home. Inspector Syck conducted a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report. He checked the exterior, interior and attic. He found items to be fixed. I would definitely hire him to inspect any house before buying it.

First off he was very polite and professional. He also found termites in the attic. We could then negotiate a fumigation before closing.

Jason is a very reliable and extremely detailed oriented young man. I have found it difficult to find anyone that provides the services that are dependable and gets the job done correctly the first time around in Florida. Then I was referred to Jason and had him do a number of different jobs on a few different properties and I was pleasantly surprised.
