We hired Millan Painting from Angieâ s list based upon their ratings. Millan painted a our Delray Beach condominium. Millan had to work around our contractor who should have been out of our building. Wilfredo Millan was responsive, understanding and efficient. We were in Pennsylvania and never met Wilfredo.. I recommend Millan painting to everyone. Five stars.
