Flooring
In the beginning he was interested and pretty much on top of the project. I did have window issues out of all of our control and he was upset that it put him behind and expressed it after I started having the planks split apart so now you trip over them as you are walking. I have been asking him to help resolve the issue, but have only had one response appointment in a year. I did not get any type of discount with this company and had others picked before him, but a friend knew him and I felt that this would work out better. Unfortunately it did not and I have a defective floor for a good amount of money. Oh, he also laid the floor while the house was empty, how much easier could it have been!
