"I talked to [Member Name Removed] and told him that he filled out the form for Home Advisor improperly He was supposed to request a repair on his fence and he did not . I explained this to him, after he sent me pictures of the damaged fence. I pay for a service(Home Advisor) and I am only supposed to receive leads for full installations however if the home owner does not complete the form properly or fails to give all the details of the job a lead may be sent to the wrong contractor. Many home owners do not give all the details because the are afraid that they will not get the the results they want from someone who just does repairs. Home Advisor sent me this lead thinking [Member Name Removed] wanted a new fence because that's all the information that was provided to them. I'm sorry for Marks experience however had he filled out the form properly none of this would have happened."

"when this account was activated angies list used a phone number that was on file from the first time I tried ti use angies list several years ago. Although the number was still active is was no longer in use at my company and we had no way of accessing the messages . Angies List admits they were in error but will not remove the review because of their policies.
