Berto and his team did a Quartzite Fusion stone slab and quartzite Crytallo installation for us. This was a tough install, expensive stone and for a huge island, countertops, backsplash and stone all the way up to the ceiling behind the stovetop. Even though the stone we bought ( elsewhere) was falling short of what the the island demanded, Berto managed to get it perfectly book matched and gave us everything we wanted including a 4inch miter. Literally "stretched" that stone for us. It came out beautifully!! All the guys were so nice & pleasant to deal with and nothing we asked for was a ever a problem. Communication was great. We would highly recommend them both for their expertise and their professionalism. Thank you so much Berto, Marcio and the whole team!

Berto was a pleasure to work with. From start of project coordination was good to finish including punch list he went the extra mile to make sure that things were done correctly. He kept a good open line of communication as the project progressed including sending me videos of work in progress as I was not around during much of the renovation

After mold remediation I was in need of kitchen cabinets. I bought my kitchen from IKEA and planned on using IKEA for the countertops. First you need to design your kitchen (which is quite a daunting task) and then have them deliver the cabinets to you. You have to coordinate the delivery and install so you don't have to store the cabinets in your home until they do the install. There is a 4 week waiting period for installation of the counters and then there was a multitude of items that a handyman would need to do prior to their install. Luckily I found out about New England Kitchen and Stone Design from my mold remediation company. I called and Berto was out the next day. He measured, gave me a quote and assured me that the install would be the following week. After waiting what seemed to be an eternity for the delivery and installation of my cabinets by IKEA, the thought of another 4 weeks for the countertop and items to deal with prior to the counter install was not an option. I decided to go With New England. They by far had a better selection of quartz, took care of the minor items that needed to take place prior to install, and installed within the week. What a pleasure. My only regret was that I didn't know about them sooner. I used my own plumber and electrician which again I needed to schedule and coordinate. I could have done my cabinets, plumbing and electrical in a quarter of the time with New England. Berto is a stickler for detail and a man of his word. If something is not right, he will make it right. In addition, Berto and his employees take pride in their work. It's a pleasure to do business with this type of company. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of remodeling their kitchen or bathrooms.

Berto and his team did an amazing job on our full kitchen renovation. He showed up when promised and gave us a quote with breakdowns for all items and pricing, and was very transparent. He was able to get our project started within a week of his quote when others were quoting 3-4 months out. His guys, Tony and Florentino were on site everyday and did an amazing job showing up on time, and cleaning up everyday before leaving. They were very detailed, took their time and care with each step of the project. We had to move electrical, water, trench into concrete to put new plumbing, and add electrical into the ceiling, and these guys did an amazing job putting it together. From start to finish it was just under 4 weeks, and that included missed days due to hurricane Dorian. My wife would frequently leave the house with no concerns about them being there alone, which is one of the biggest positives I can say about Berto and his team. Very polite, professional, and friendly to my family the entire duration of the project. We will always go back to Berto and New England Kitchen and Stone for any future projects, no matter what they are. His pricing was better than anyone we got quotes from, and they delivered an amazing kitchen for us. I could not imagine using another company after working with these guys. 5 stars all the way!

We had a large island, two counters on either side of a stove and three window sills where we wanted to install quartz. The material was delivered to their shop on a Friday morning and they installed the counters on the following Tuesday before noon! These guys provided excellent overall value. They delivered on all of their promises, they were very polite and professional, and they cleaned up after the job. I would recommend Master Care to anyone.

Easiest and most professional remodel I have ever had done. Berto is a master designer. His crew's work is flawless and meticulous. Our house was left perfectly clean each day during construction. The products he uses are all superior grade.The cost of the job was more than fair.I can't say enough how much we love our new kitchen. I am so looking forward to using Berto and his crew for our bathroom remodel.
