At this time we have noticed a leak has developed at that location and the truss is cracked.
I have been repeatedly calling them since we found the damage and leak, and am able to speak with a receptionist, but I never receive contact back from the roofers.

Rating Excellent from the point of contact to the replacement of our roof. The team is professional, efficient and thorough. The entire process from the time we met till the roof was replaced took 3 weeks and that included the inspection. Would highly recommend Gary Marzo, Inc. Roofing Contractor.

I called Gary Marzo Inc. on Monday September 8th, to get an estimate to repair a leaking roof. They set up an appointment to have someone come on Thursday to give me an estimate. It was the earliest time they had. I rearranged my schedule so I could be home when they arrived. No one showed up! I called again on Friday morning, told them someone was supposed to give me an estimate on Thursday and no one showed up. The woman on the phone looked it up, and apologized. She told me they were running behind schedule and would call me back. No one ever called. I called other roofers made appointments and they showed up. This morning 9/18, I signed a contract to have my roof fixed on Monday with another company. About 3 hours later someone from Gary Marzo shows up. No Phone Call. I was going to give them an F, since they finally showed up I gave them a D. I told them I already have a contract with someone else and they apologized for the delay.
I called this company because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List. The one I am using is also on Angie's list and also has an A rating. I will review that company when the work is completed.
"[member name removed] did phone me as he stated, and there was an error in getting a technician out to him the first time. My crews had been running behind due to the current rains we were having. According to my notes, when he phoned me about the missed appointment, we rescheduled for the day my technicians did go and [member name removed] notified them that he didn't need our services. I apologize if he was disappointed with our service and hope that his roofing issue was corrected. Lynn Marzo"
First of all we like to thank you and your wonderful crew for a great job. My roof is the talk of my neighborhood and everyone loves the color of my new roof. Your crew were very polite and very hard workers. When your crew showed up and started removing the old roof I was totally amazed on how fast they worked and made sure that nothing fell into my pool as well as cleaning up after the days work. My favorite part was watching how your crew just got alone with each other and when they sat down to eat, it was like seeing a whole family sitting down for dinner. My husband and I, always like to make employees feel comfortable so we kept telling them to sit in the backyard to eat and relax for their breaks and the bath room was available for them. Big thanks to your wife for she kept up with everything.
If anyone would like to see my new roof and you live in Port St Lucie FL, please pass by 1217 Se Petunia Ave and see the work for yourself. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof.
