The repairman was prompt, friendly and professional and was able to get it working again. Based on age, we decided to have a new unit installed. No hard sell by repairman. The following week the new opener was installed by another prompt, friendly and professional gentleman. Have used Marko for nearly 10 years and have never been disappointed.

The Provider removed the old garage door and disposed of it. He then prepared the opening for installation of the new door. He then installed the new, hurricane rated garage door. He also arranged for the permit prior to installation, and inspection after completing installation. Everyone we worked with at Marko Doors was professional, courteous, and pleasant!!  We highly recommend Marko Doors for everyone who needs their services!!

They came right out and were very prompt. He informed me that the previous spring work done by another company was done incorrectly. He put the correct springs on and we have had no problems since. I will call him for any garage door needs in the future. They stuck to the price and did the work as promised.

Marko responded on time, repaired the door quickly, and the charge for the repairs was well below what we expected to pay. The serviceman was polite and prepared, and handled our issue proficiently and quickly.

They were very prompt. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said that they were going to do it. Their price was not the best that I could have gotten, however they were cheaper than some of the others companies that I received estimates from. I would recommend them.
