First time trying Luxury Maids WPB. Never again. Just asked for Mopping Floors and doing Bathrooms, simple. Tub floors never done [2] and Master Bath sinks were done with an abrasive pad of some sort, can't remove the Scratch marks [etched]. I contacted the company and spoke to Sylvia the same day [Tuesday 7/23] Cleaning was done. Found out she is one of the owners ?. Sent Pictures, followed with Description of the problems. No response, just asked for my E-mail. Contacted her on Wednesday by text message, only response was, she will get back to me. Today is Friday [7/26]. No text, E-mail or phone call. 3 Days and Nothing. Communication...None, Problem Resolution... None. True measure of a Service business is How to handle Customer issues. Total Fail !!! I Owned a Service business for 35 years and only Had 1 BBB complaint. All about Customer Service.

Very well. They were thorough and did a great job. I had a deep cleaning to start. Supervisor stopped, helped and reviewed what the had done. They checked several times if there were any other needs. I hired them originally because my house cleaner is off for 2 months but I will want them hem to continue. Very pleased. They will be coming back biweekly.

This cleaning service is excellent--scheduling, confirmation, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, quality of their cleaning service. My house was positively gleaming. Even the glass on my front-loading washer and dryer sparkled. The three ladies needed no practically instruction. Language was not a problem -- the team leader understands and speaks English well.

Did not honor the 10% discount on first time cleaning Pricing is not competitive $35/hour per person A two person crew should have finished in 1.5 hours not 2h15m (Based on our usual cleaning single person 3h maximum typically less with the same results)

The team arrived on time, very professional looking, easy communication, great services performed! They already knew ahead of time what I had discussed with the scheduler and got everything done and more!! I have had them back several times since and referred to others. Fantastic..We Have 2large dogs that slobber and we needed to get a really deep clean on the whole house. When they were done I was sooo amazed....looks like a model home. Highly recommend them and team 10 were two fabulous cleaners.

A team of two housekeepers come and they are able to clean our house in about 2 1/2 hours. They are pleasant and work efficiently.

Two maids arrived a couple minutes early, and after a quick run through of what my expectations were, they got to work. They were thorough, and they even stayed an extra 30 minutes outside of what I'd already paid for (4 bedroom house and it has been awhile since it was deep cleaned). My house is sparkling clean and I am very glad I chose this company, and look forward to the new weekly schedule.

I've used them three times and they were very nice.  They helped me with the garage and stuff.  It's two women and they are very, very nice.  They did the house and then we went out into the garage.  The garage was terrible, really bad, and they helped to make it more presentable and clean.  They just were very nice.  It seems to me that anybody you get to come in your house, if you're a perfectionist it's very hard to get anyone because they're on a schedule and on a time frame.  When you're cleaning everything, picking it up and cleaning and putting it back, you're not on a time schedule.  So what they did was good.  They were fine; they were an A.  The price was reasonable; it was okay because they did the whole house plus the garage.  I have no qualms and I usually give them a healthy tip - anybody that works for me, I give them - they're satisfied, they're happy.  Their price was okay.  I would say by what everyone else pays around here, I would say it was a B.  I've used them I guess four times now - three or four times.  They do clean the house, they don't bang up my furniture, they dust, and the bathrooms are okay.  The only thing I have, even in New York where we had two come in, in one day and do it, they were very good too; they were wonderful.  They would pick up stuff and dust it and put it back, they would dust the walls down and baseboards - you know, wash the baseboards - and they were there all day, two of them, the whole day.  It was a very large home, up and down, and one took the up and one took the down.   I loved them; they became more like a friend than a service person.  Luxury Maids do deserve an A.
