Recently the screens started to come down and we called them. They refused to come to repair the problem!! This says to me that they do not care about the customer, only the quick buck. I will never use or recommend this terrible company.

No repair has been done and we cannot get Mr. Lundy or his office to respond to emails or calls even though we are willing to pay for repairs at a reasonable rate. Very sad business practices. We cannot recommend Lundy's Screen

From the onset I cautioned my cousins against using this company, especially since I would be overseeing the work as they are snowbirds. The first issue was his trying to sell the concept of putting new pavers over the existing and then extending the patio. 3 paving companies stated that they often come years later to pull out the whole job as it settles unevenly. When pushed we come to find out that he was saving $400 and putting it in his pocket. We paid the $400 and had his subcontractor do it correctly and this was done well.
The fabrication, contrary to what we were presented with was fabricated and installed by another company. Apparently he has had problems with suppliers who would not deliver product unless it was COD. More excuses than God about the ongoing delays. There were punch list items which were not taken care of, and point of fact he hired this man Frank, who thinks that you can threaten to place a lien when you don't confirm to their payment schedule. Clearly the contract stated that final payments would be make after completion of the job and not before.
Three overhead screen panels came loose and the spline was cut and fell out within a weeks time. Lundy wanted us to believe that this was done by birds and wanted to sell $1800 worth of bird deterrent spikes. Interestingly nowhere in our community of over 100 screen enclosure have there been any "angry" birds. He refused to fix the screens and complete the job. Certified letters have gone unanswered and the screens were repaired appropriately by another contractor. Why anyone would do business with this company would defy the imagination. Save yourself months of grief and find another vendor.

The Customer Service was poor from the beginning. The job was delayed several weeks. Old screening taken down and left in yard for weeks. I had it removed. It was a long delay of a few weeks between taking out old screens and replacing with new. There were no phone calls when workers were coming. The came whenever they felt like it. Often late in the morning towards noon.
Some of the work was good, some was very sloppy. The caulking was applied poorly and needs to be redone.
Communication between the workers and the owner and the scheduler was poor.
It was difficult to get the owner's response via the phone. He only responds to text or emails.
The workers damaged the wiring in one room by drilling right through the wires under the kick plate. The owner did send an electrician the next day to remedy that issue.
The workers left trash around the yard. Numerous screws and other sharp objects that I picked up daily. Screws were also left on the street. I ended up with a flat tire.
The work was never completed to my satisfaction. There were many minor fixes that did not get completed. Three months went by without any contact from Lundy's. Out of no where I got an email for the balance owed. Which was small in comparison to the pricing .After emailing the owner with my concerns, he did do the right thing and agreed to for go that amount so that I could get someone else to fix the pending issues.

The screen cage is excellent and very well built. It the beams and upright post all appear very sturdy and stronger than the screen cage at my last house. I'm impressed and very pleased.

Screen Room installation in 2011 went well,

attached to the house. We also purchased the super screen and it has a hole in
it. We have made numerous calls to Lundy?s office and to his cell.
We were told they can't make repairs until it stops raining. My
thoughts on that are, if I'm in Delray and your office is in West Palm Beach,
how do you know if it?s raining or not? It can rain on Lake Ida and not
rain at my house so not sure how you know that. On another call I spoke
to the lady in the office, only to be told someone was here and it?s fixed.
Well next rain came and same leak in same location. I called back,
to let her know it had NOT been fixed. Also reminded her of the hole in
the screen. She says, ?I have someone in the area, I'll see if I can get
them there today? NO, didn't happen and once again NO return call. I took
pictures of the water on the floor and emailed them to Lundy?s office, their
reply was please send pictures of the ceiling, I did that, NO REPLY, that was
about the middle of August. So for lack of knowing what else to do, I'm
writing this complaint. DO NOT USE Lundy and expect any follow up after
payment. No warranty will be honored. Most phone calls are NOT returned.
Calls to his cell number listed on the Proposal are NOT returned.
All I want is my screen room and screen to be repaired. I will NOT
recommend this company to anyone.

Steve Lundy sent out two workers to do the job. It was supposed to take a week or two and ended up taking three months. The guys showed up late, made a mess and did a horrible job laying the foundation for the deck. I told Steve I did not want them on the job any longer. He sent another team out who just laid the tile on top of the poorly laid foundation. Now the tile is cracking and uneven. There was a drain installed improperly which is causing water to pool around my house and yard. They refuse to fix the job.

From initial contact Steve was extremely professional, brought samples of his product and thoroughly explained the process and time frame. His office was in contact throughout the project from start to finish and the results are great! His enthusiasm to complete our project was refreshing as compared to other companies that provided estimates and his pricing was even better! Highly recommend working with Lundy's!!

We met Steve Lundy at a home remodeling show. We were impressed with the product and had him come to our home to measure and finish the sale. We ordered a patio door for the porch also and that came in damaged. We did not know that when they came to install the windows so we waited with 1/2 a porch for several weeks. My only criticism is that when they were called they evidently did not know when the patio door would be in so didn't call back until they received it. However, we love the porch! The installers did an excellent job and the windows are great as they slide so easily and are tinted so our porch will be cooler this summer. I would not hesitate to call them with another job or to refer my friends and family to them.

Mr. Lundy didn't mind sending out his team for a small job, which was a big job for us because we couldn't use the door. The team came out the very next day, and did a perfect job. And there was no charge!!! I will certainly call them the next time I need any type of screen enclosure work done and of course I highly recommend them.

From the very first phone call everything went as planned. The person who answered the phone was courteous and polite and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with the owner (Steve Lundy) He was exactly on time and I felt the he was the most knowledgeable person in the industry that I met while getting quotes. I felt that he was the right choice as soon as he gave his presentation. He was the only one who brought examples of exactly what he was to use to construct to the enclosure and went into great detail of what makes his structures so much stronger than the industry standard. His price was slightly higher but I felt I would be getting a much higher quality and level of expertise/professionalism than the others that came out for quotes. As the job progressed I learned that Mr. Lundy actually was on the job building it with his crew and when I asked him about that he said that my job had a lot of special corners and compound cuts that he wanted to do himself rather than leave it up to his crew. .I felt as he really cared about the final product and boy does it show! The screen is perfect in all aspects and more than I had ever imagined it would be. We sit out, bar-b que, and enjoy the pool with our friends and neighbors almost every night without the worry of bugs and the confidence that we hired the right contractor to provide a high quality job to last a lifetime. I would highly recommend Lundy's to anyone who asked.

Had my terrace /balcony screened by Lundy's Screen Rooms for a very reasonable price. Very punctual showing up at exactly the time they said they would. Excellent workmanship and quality. Andy, the gentleman who did the work was very good, respectful and did an excellent and clean job. The office was very good providing all the required documentation to be submitted to the condo's board for approval. We are very pleased for having chosen this company and highly recommend them.

They were very good. We had a little issue where he had forgotten to do something, but he came back the next day and finished it. He was very knowledgeable and he was experienced. I had some questions to ask and he was able to answer them. I really didn't do much comparison, but his price seemed fair.

I had a few estimates from other screen companies. Lundy's came out on time and educated me on the entire process. They were able to customize an enclosure that fit my needs. I awarded them the job and I'm glad I did because their workers showed up I time and the project was done on time when they said it would be. At the end of the project my patio was clean as if construction never wen happened. I would highly recommend their services.

The service was amazing, I love the fact that I felt like I was dealing with someone who really wanted to help and provide an amazing service and not a person who just wanted the money. They listened to all my ideas and took them into consideration when the did the work. The staff worked in a timely manner and finished the job when they said they would. When they were doing the screens, it did not feel like I was getting work done at my home, they were very neat and even when they finished the job they made sure to clean everything up and leave my house looking like they were never there. I definitely recommend Lundy's screen room company to everyone, I have even recommended a lot of my friends to get the service because It was really good service for an affordable price and I would definitely use it again if I ever needed them. I am more than pleased and very happy with the end result.
