Excellent in every way - he's the best.

It was great until the end. The majority of the work was completed efficiently and well. We had preplanned for him to come back to do final touch-ups after construction was completed. He said he would be completed in one day. I came home to find he had missed one entire wall in a bathroom. When I contacted him about it, he advised that it was going to cost more because he had to buy more paint, despite this room being part of the original $15,000 contract. Quality of work is good, but ethics are not.

Zeb and his crew did a fantastic job.  They prepped, pressured cleaned and painted.  They do meticulous work, show up when expected, and leave everything spotless.  We have used them in the past for interior work, and we recommend them to everyone!

It went very well.  Mr. Lozada and his assistant were very thorough.  Mr. Lozada was very particular about making sure that each detail of the job was of the highest quality.  He and his assistant were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.  We would definitely recommend them again.

What I love about Lozada is that no matter how big or small the job, they always return calls and always show up. Loyalty to customers is important to them and it shows. Lozada Painting has been painting various room in my home and stripping wall paper and the painting for over three years. He and his staff have great work ethics. They arrive on time and are always smiling, personable and work together to get the job done. When they have done big jobs in my home that took several days they would clean up at the end of every day and never leave a mess. They stripped wall paper from two rooms before painting them. They have painting almost every room in my house and did a fantastic job every time.. They've repaired imperfections in the walls, double coated , even triple coated paint when necessary. It always comes out beautifully.

Came first day i called estimated in writing within one day.

Called for an estimate on 12/27/10. Zeb came over that evening and scheduled the work for the very next day! He purchased the paint based on our color choice and he and another painter showed up the next day on time. They prepared the room for painting, then painted. They did a great job for a good price. We will be using this painter again in the future.

Zeb is great and so is his work. He pointed out a number of things that I had missed. His prices were very good considering the quality of work. I used new high-tech Lotusan paint and my house looks awesome and stays cleaner longer! I would hire Zeb again in a heartbeat (and will).

We did have a major hiccough on the second day of three and a half that they were afforded to do the job. We had chosen three (3) colors. A primary color for the main rooms of the house (ie living room, dining room and hallways), then we had chose an accent color for the family room and dining room and finally a color for the bathrooms. They mistakenly switched the accent color and the primary colors. Zeb was very honest and called me right away as soon as he noticed the mistake and admitted to as much. He rectified the problem and all was taken care of in time for our moving in. Great guy, good work!

The job was completed on time. The painters were all professional arriving on time each day and working the whole day. The job took a little over 4 days with the fifth day just dealing with the touch ups or areas that needed a minor correction. Overall I would highly recommend Lozada Painting and would definitely use them again. Their goal was to make sure we were happy with the paint job and we were. Zeb would offer his ideas regarding use of accent colors and he was very helpful.

I originally hired Zeb to paint the interior of our newly purchased house. This was a massive job considering the size of the house. The job included walls, trim, and all interior doors. As time progressed, we needed more work completed. He anticipated our needs and completed all work at a reasonable cost. We were not living in the house which posed a logistical problem. I relied on Zeb to be responsible for the opening and closing of the house everyday. His crew worked within the time frame given and did a spectacular job. I was impressed by their attention to detail. I am recommending Lozada, Inc. to my new neighbors who may be considering any type of painting, exterior or interior.

Everything was excellent. I was very happy with everything. He was reliable in that he showed up on time. He showed extreme care in the detail of the painting, and took pains to cover and protect all the furniture. He also correctly replaced all my furniture and belongings. He and his crew were very professional, and they respected my property. The painting was done meticulously, and he did extra painting on the baseboards and even did some extra caulking, which was greatly appreciated. He also provided helpful suggestions about paint schemes as well as supervising all the work.
