Their sales person was very knowledgeable and helped to guide us to the system that was best for our application. The installation of the equipment went smoothly. The installation staff were very professional and made sure that all aspects of the installation were done properly. At the end of each day they cleaned up thoroughly. Since the completion of the installation, the equipment has performed extremely well. We would highly recommend Lowen Air Conditioning.

 + -1 moreWe were very happy with the work performed. First, Lowen's responded quickly to our request for an inspection of the existing unit. They explained the problems they found and our options for repair. We asked for an estimate and they promptly provided one. Lowen's obtained the permit for the work and coordinated the inspection of the completed installation. They also applied for the FPL rebate on our behalf and credited the amount to our bill, while they waited to receive the reimbursement. Finally, they submitted the necessary documentation to register our unit for the warranty. Our new ac system is working much better than our other unit ever did, even when it was brand new. The Lowen's staff were a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend their services.

 + -1 moreI have been using Lowen Air since 2006, when they came out at 10 pm on the day before a tropical storm hit to service my old air conditioner. It needed to be replaced, but they kept it running until the replacement could be ordered and installed. Ron is knowledgeable and does a thorough job. I use them for my twice yearly maintenance, and they are fair and reasonable. Lowen is not the cheapest but I believe it is the best.

Description of Work: Helped me choose and then installed complete new central air conditioning system. Air handler and compressor. I also use them for maintenance.
