Carpet Installation
We were trying to get it done before the holiday. I wanted it done before the Christmas holiday. They were wonderful. The guy was excellent. Defiantly.

Everything worked out fine in the end. They subcontracted out for the carpet installation. They forgot to bring their vacuum, but I told them not to worry about it and I would do it. When I was vacuuming I noticed they left glue on the carpet. I contacted Lowe's who sent somebody else out to clean that up. Unfortunately, they have to send someone out during regular business hours which is inconvenient for me. I think that you should bend the rules if you have to send someone out to fix another subcontractor's mess. The Lowe's people were on top, but my problem is with who they subcontracted.

It took 8 months for our custom made doors to come and be installed. Everything is great with Lowe's it's just that their manufacturer disappointed me.
