Staff were friendly and able to assist and direct me to what I needed. Will be shopping here again.

We had to get everything and up to snuff so we could get the house sold. They did a fine job, everything was good. I thought the pricing was fine, I didn't have any real idea what the pricing was supposed to be, I didn't have time to shop around. It was well done. Their responsiveness was fine. They were there when they said they were going to be and got it done and we got the house sold. I would use them again.

I am sorry to say that even with what I would consider a decent carpet contract up for grabs I spent over 30 minutes on HOLD getting bounced around from person who didn't have a clue to person who didn't have a clue.  If someone would have said, we cannot handle that, or anything that was helpful i would have greatly appreciated a little honesty or help.  I obviously took my business elsewhere.

The sales process was very professional. We were focused on using one provider for windows and doors and installation. Lowes provided a good price, good installation team and very importantly, good and prompt responsiveness in their follow-up and follow-through. It was the first time we had done work of this type on a house in Florida, so had a lot to learn. The lead time from window order to delivery was longer than we expected, but found this to be the same with all suppliers.

The installation went well. The only thing the guy who initially came to take measurements overmeasured so we were left with lots of extra carpet after the job was done. Other than that everything else was fine.

The gift card worked okay for me and everything went well. The responsiveness and professionalism in the store is always good at Lowe's.

Job took two days to complete because Lowe's subcontractor sent only one man for a two man job. Quality of work however was excellent. Rating would have been stellar had the job been done by two men in one day.

Well, if you have a buget and need some help and advice, great place.
Two people helped me tremendously and countless others with small questions. Joel in the garden shop and Dave in the construction area. We had a large backyard renovation and a really small buget, Joel helped with questions and pricing of plants and stone, Dave with questions about concrete, and some repairs that need to be made to the building as well as some programs I didn't know about for non-profits. I can't thank either enough for all their help and the advice. The plants are doing great, the back yard is not quite finished but comming along nicely and we owe a thanks to the staff at Lowes (lake park, fl) for all their help. Oh and customer service was super nice in helping us register the non-profit status so we can just look up by phone number and not have to deal with it from scratch every time. Thanks again.
