Delivery Service
We had ordeded some items from Hayneedle and Lisa Delivery is their local agent. Wow what a mistake that was on their part.
We had organised for delivery of our items on Sep 10th, when they called to give us the 4 hour window (ridiculous as they are Boca based), we were clear of the time contraints of our community. This was not given to the truck that cam after the permitted delivery time.
My wife spoke with the driver who apologised he didnt recieve the message from his dispatcher and would come on Sep 11th in the morning.
My called the company on Sep 11th and was told we would have to reschedule delivery for some other day and time. When my wife explained that this was not acceptable the lasy (who was unplaeasant from the outset - even though clearly their fault), did not care, was unapologetic and is returning our goods to Hayneedle.
My advice is find another delivery agent that cares about the client experience.
