Adam Seligman is the head of the department. His attention to detail and ability to remain calm in the face of even the most difficult file, client, or circumstance puts him way ahead of the game. (I have been the difficult client and watched him in action on files in which my clients were). As if that weren't enough, his team is just as strong in their relative areas. He has paralegals and assistants (Renee and Kathy are our favorites!) who can work a short sale file and make a very complicated legal process approachable and simple for the client (so important!).
