"Thanks! I know you were concerned about the potential cost of troubleshooting and I'm glad we brought it in well below the pain threshold. Bruce"
"Thank you Ms. [Member Name Removed]! The dining room chandelier looks fabulous."
"Thank you Mr. [Member Name Removed]! We really liked working with you and look forward to the next job."
"Regretfully, Mr. [Member Name Removed] is incorrect in every particular. We initially quoted him $375 to fix his problem which required re-pulling the wire into his living room, a non-trivial task. He had disassembled much of the electrical outlets and boxes in his house over the prior two months trying to fix it himself. Upon completion, the problem was resolved. At his request, and in recognition of his poor finances and disabled condition, we lowered the invoice to $250, which he gratefully paid. The next day he felt compelled to demand a complete refund and excoriated me for refusing, threatening to post bad reviews unless I complied. I am an electrician, not a social worker, and respond poorly to threats and intimidation. Ever since, he has obsessed with our seeming unfairness and posted repeatedly in several forums."
