We needed service to restore power to portions of our townhouse. Bruce and Israel responded amazingly fast and resolved our problem in a most professional and thorough way. We could not have been more pleased with the customer service and expertise. We will definitely call again if we need anything in the future.

Everyone was easy to work with. Immediately got a hold of Bruce via phone to explain scope of job. They were able to fit me in on relatively short notice including securing a hydraulic lift rental. Bruce made an on site visit prior to job commencement to ensure we were on the same page. Was also on site the day of to aid with lift installation and to make sure everything was protected. A two man crew took care of the rest. Both of whom worked fast but more importantly efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Everything went like clockwork. Bruce Kemp and his team were very professional , we could see that the were experts in their field. We are remodeling a condo and have plenty of work to call them back for, and we will.

Perfect. Everything Bruce said would happen did, he did the permit, work and made sure the final inspection went smooth. He and Kate are always a pleasure. I would highly recommend them. thanks for a great job!!!

One task was done incorrectly, breakers not checked and when I turned on the breakers, it tripped. Bruce was there within the hour to correct it and all works great now. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

THEY REWIRED A FULL ROOM THAT DID NOT NEED WORK BUT CHARGED ME FOR THE WASTED HOURS THEY WORKED. THE NEEDED WORK HOURS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ONLY 1 HOUR. NOT THE 4 HOURS THEY CHARGED ME.THEY FIRST GIVE 1 ESTIMATE PRICE PER HOUR THEN CHANGE PRICE ON BILL TO LARGER AMOUNT PER HOUR.

"Regretfully, Mr. [Member Name Removed] is incorrect in every particular. We initially quoted him $375 to fix his problem which required re-pulling the wire into his living room, a non-trivial task. He had disassembled much of the electrical outlets and boxes in his house over the prior two months trying to fix it himself. Upon completion, the problem was resolved. At his request, and in recognition of his poor finances and disabled condition, we lowered the invoice to $250, which he gratefully paid. The next day he felt compelled to demand a complete refund and excoriated me for refusing, threatening to post bad reviews unless I complied. I am an electrician, not a social worker, and respond poorly to threats and intimidation. Ever since, he has obsessed with our seeming unfairness and posted repeatedly in several forums."
